My measure of a good partner is one who sticks with
us through the problems, and Compulan has done that
100%.
We're a small distributor and manufacturers'
rep firm for architectural and building hardware for
residential and commercial use. We were referred
to Compulan by another company who had successfully
used them for a CRM rollout. I met with Compulan
a few times before I was thoroughly satisfied that they
would both meet my needs, and still be in business down
the road to support us. I anticipated some major
customizations and interfacing with a proprietary accounting
system, and I wanted to be sure I would not have the
pain of finding another vendor one day.
The rollout was not easy. We had
