Selected as a Top CRM Solution by ISM for the Fourth
Year in a Row
SalesLogix,
the leader in small business and mid-market CRM, has
been selected by ISM, Inc., a leading CRM consulting
firm, for the fourth year in a row, as one of the Top
15 CRM software packages for 2002. The Top 15 selections
are featured in ISMs 10th anniversary edition of The
Guide to CRM Automation (www.ismguide.com).

was chosen from dozens of CRM software packages, which
were tested by the ISM Software Lab at its Bethesda,
Md.-based headquarters. Each package was rated according
to 166 selection criteria, including 107 business functions,
41 technical features, and 18 user-friendliness/support
features.
Barton Goldenberg, president of ISM and co-founder and
co-chairman of DCIs CRM Conference and Expo, made the
announcement during a special keynote ceremony, at DCI's
Chicago CRM Conference and Exposition at the McCormick
Place. The awards ceremony was sponsored by DCI, ISM,
and Selling Power.
