SalesLogix
will buy back existing TeleMagic licenses for a credit
of US$399 to be applied against the purchase of a SalesLogix
client (base, advanced, web, or support) or server
license.
The credit
for new SalesLogix licenses will be on a one-for-one
basis. The offer is
effective May 22, 2002 through June 30, 2002. Orders
for new SalesLogix licenses will be processed beginning
May 29, 2002. This
offer applies to TeleMagic licenses purchased on or
before May 22, 2002 and the offer expires on June 30,
2002. A proof-of-purchase
is required with the purchase order for SalesLogix licenses
to be eligible for the credit. SalesLogix sales operations
will review any exceptions prior to accepting the order. No credits will be given after
the fact. Orders received before May 22nd are not eligible.
Terms
and Conditions
Offer valid in U.S. and Canada only.
The promotion is effective May 22, 2002 through June
30, 2002. Credit is offered on a license for license basis
only (i.e. 10 TeleMagic user licenses for credit against
10 SalesLogix user licenses). Order for the SalesLogix
licenses is placed in one of the following combinations:
TeleMagic license Print Screen receipt/program CD, receipt/proof
of purchase from box, invoice/copy of payment proof, license
numbers/copy of payment proof. Physical media "product
CD or diskette, etc." will be reviewed for eligibility
and acceptance. Proof must accompany the purchase order.
This
offer may not be combined with volume or other discounts
/ offers.
A minimum
number of five(5) SalesLogix licenses are required.
Existing SalesLogix customers
are eligible provided they meet all terms and conditions
and have never received a SalesLogix rebate.
Maintenance and support for
the initial 12 months will be required and will be based
on the full list price for the initial license purchase.
Subsequent renewal will also be based on full list price.
Customers will be required
to sign a SalesLogix Maintenance and Support agreement.
Customers must certify that
they have discontinued using the TeleMagic licenses
and have not transferred them to someone else.
TeleMagic customers are NOT
required to be current on their existing TeleMagic maintenance
