companies and the publisher of ACT! and SalesLogix.
TeleMagic
has long provided small and medium-size businesses (SMB)
with sales automation, contact management, and business
automation solutions. ACT! and SalesLogix are the leading products
in this market, making it logical for these three members
of the Sage family to work together under one umbrella. Moving TeleMagic into Interact focuses Sage's
CRM strategy in one place, helping Sage serve its customers
in the SMB market more comprehensively.
Compulan
has represented the TeleMagic and Interact products
continuously from the moment they were introduced. Our
experience base in both lines makes us uniquely qualified
to support your existing TeleMagic installation, and
to transition to the Interact products whenever you
are ready.
Here
are some important points from the TeleMagic news release:

Development
of TeleMagic products is being discontinued, except
for maintenance releases.

TeleMagic
will continue to sell and support its products,
TeleMagic Enterprise and TeleMagic NetClient, through
2003.

TeleMagic
will continue to operate as an individual product
line. No changes have been made in the way customers
work with TeleMagic or Compulan.

Sales
and customer support operations continue as before.
Compulan
is offering special discount pricing for TeleMagic customers
on SalesLogix products and related services.

speed the move to the latest products while preserving
