Breakthrough Outlook Integration Tops List of "Must Have" Features

Finally, full Microsoft Outlook™ integration with a robust CRM application has been accomplished, and SalesLogix did it with the new version 5.2!

With the new Advanced Outlook Integration, you can still work the way you want to work using Microsoft Outlook for e-mail, calendar, and contacts‹only now you can do it seamlessly with SalesLogix. That makes it easier for your organization to maximize personal productivity, whether your users are veterans or just transitioning to CRM.

Plus, the new BusinessAlerts and E-mail Response feature allows you to set and monitor business conditions, then send alerts when those conditions are met. In a sense, it brings your SalesLogix database to life!

SalesLogix v5.2 allows you to completely integrate all internal and external business communications. That means you can track all corporate communications‹like e-mails, phone calls, and meetings‹and leverage this information across your organization.

The SalesLogix v5.2 release includes the following:

Advanced Outlook Integration. Dramatic improvements with how SalesLogix and Outlook interface together in the areas of E-mail, Calendar, Contacts and Synchronization.

SalesLogix BusinessAlerts (powered by KnowledgeSync). Gives you the ability to identify and automatically deliver critical data to users and managers.

SalesLogix E-mail Response (powered by KnowledgeSync). Gives you the ability to identify incoming e-mail and automatically take action based on content.

Sales Client Usability Enhancements. New features focus on escalating the overall end-user experience.

Support Client Usability Enhancements. New features focus on saving time and increasing the availability of information.

Architect Usability Enhancements. No more time wasted opening plugin after plugin!

SalesLogix Monitor Console and Monitor Service. A new application that allows monitoring of the SyncService and MailMerge Server from a remote location over a TCP/IP connection.

Synchronization Server Improvements. New features focused on improving administration, maintenance, performance and reliability including.

SalesLogix for Web Phones - Global Support. Rewritten in the SalesLogix Web Manager and is now hosted with the SalesLogix Web Host which means that SalesLogix for Web Phones is essentially just a simplified Web Client with several new usability features.

Distribution & Availability. SalesLogix v5.2 is available now at no charge for SalesLogix customers with a current maintenance contract. KnowledgeSync, which powers the SalesLogix BusinessAlerts and SalesLogix E-mail Response, comes with a free trial. Customers can purchase KnowledgeSync for an additional price.

Customers can request the SalesLogix upgrade materials from Compulan.
