Hotline Support - Our dedicated Help Desk staff provides UNLIMITED telephone support for trained System Administrators. Purchase an annual contract and obtain a discounted rate for advance payment on the following offerings:

  • Standard - Weekdays, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm EST
  • Extended Hours - Weekdays, 7 am to 9 pm EST
  • 24/5 - Monday through Friday, 24 hours
  • 24/7 - Sunday through Saturday, 24 hours
  • End-User - Additional coverage for end-users
  • Limited Hours - Fixed 1, 2, or 4-hour per-month maximum


Email Support
- 24x5 email support with guaranteed response time.

On-Site System Administrator - We will maintain your CRM system for you. One of our technical staff will visit your office on a scheduled basis: daily, weekly, monthly or quarterly, and as your needs require.

Remote System Administrator - Through the use of remote technology, we will maintain your CRM system over the Internet from our office on an as-needed or scheduled basis.

Block Time - Compulan provides support either on demand, as needed, or on-site at a reduced rate for clients who choose to pre-pay for this service and lower their support costs. This lowers your costs without needing to pre-define your support requirements.

Time & Materials - Compulan provides daily rates and per-minute rates for on demand, on-site, remote or telephone support as requested. However, priority response may only be obtained through a Hotline Support Plan.
